I have further revised my track plan, made it leaner, the basic idea is to concentrate on the course of the tram tracks and to generate as much space as possible to build up a district with the suburbs.

In the right-hand neighbourhood I will build a few high-rise buildings, in the remaining three neighbourhoods to the north, 3 rows of townhouses and suburban houses will find their place. In the track section to the southwest, I plan to place a drive-in restaurant and a drive-in cinema. To the south-east of the tracks I intend to realise a beach with palm trees and surfers.
